Make irresistible pastries by covering them with this rose gold mirror glaze from ScrapCooking, which will give them a perfect shine.
Instructions: add water to the mirror glaze preparation (water dosage indicated on the packaging). Bring to the boil for 30 seconds. Put the mixture in a container and add water again then whisk. Check that the temperature of the mixture is 40°C. Then pour your preparation on your frozen dessert. This rose gold mirror glaze will cover up to 10 tarts of about 20/25cm in diameter.
Suitable for use on entremets, tarts, logs, domes and other creative pastries!
Product requires the use of a thermometer because it is advisable to pour the preparation at 33°C on the glazed dessert
